Oak Grove Baptist Church Gainesville stands as a cornerstone of faith in Gainesville, Georgia. Our church was founded in 1865 and has weathered the seasons of time. We are a place of prayer and family with open arms in welcome to all. When coming for a visit, what you will see?

We are of the Baptist faith and have services on Sunday morning and Wednesday night.

Sunday School begins at 10 a.m. with classes for all ages

Morning Worship begins at 11 a.m. and a nursery is provided for your toddler.

Once you turn in to the first entrance on Hwy 129, please park in any of the designated visitor spaces. If all are filled, there is additional parking on each side of the church.

Greeters will welcome you and assist with finding what you need for the services. All kids activities are located on the second level in which the nursery, toddler, preschool, children and youth classes meet on Sunday and Wednesday. Adult Sunday School classes meet on first level behind the sanctuary. Adult prayer meeting on Wednesday night is on the third level in the Activities Hall. Feel free to dress for church in business casual or consider the denims in your closet.
